What's The Weather Like In Hawaii?

Was I Charged Twice?

Just placed your order? What you're seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common credit card practice to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear in about 48 – 72 hours. Feel free to contact your credit issuing bank if you've got more questions about your credit card account.

Tip:  To avoid multiple authorizations, click the “Place Order” button once.


I Got An Error Message When I Tried Placing An Order. Why? 

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address you inputted. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos.

Tip: billing address is the address your credit card statements are mailed to.


How Do I Change My Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to apply the change.


Where Is Your Size Chart?

 A size chart is located next to each product. Click on the ’Size Chart’ tab to take a peek.  If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, email us.


Something Is Out Of Stock. What Can I Do?

Popular items sell out quickly, but sometimes they are restocked.

Sign up to be notified when an item is restocked:

    1. Select the size and color you’d like.
    2. Click the “Notify Me” button.
    3. Enter your email address.

We’ll send you an email when it comes in.


How Long Will My Refund Take?

Assuming the item(s) you returned were sent back in the same condition it was shipped to you, a refund will be processed in about 7 business days. An email confirmation will be sent when a refund is made. Check your credit card issuing bank to verify.


When Will My Order Ship?

Aside from catching waves surfing on weekends and holidays. Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase.


Where Is My Order Confirmation?

An email confirmation is sent when an order is placed. Log into the email address you provided at time of order. Sometimes it may be in your spam folder. Sometimes, it may be in another email account you forgot you provided.

You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.


Why Was My Order Canceled? 

One of two reasons:

  1. The item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. Sorry :( We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, we'll let you know. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed.
  2. Your credit card was flagged for fraudulent activities. At this time, we have been instructed by your credit card issuing bank to cancel your order.


I Placed A Non-USA Order, Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?

Maybe. Custom fees vary depending on the country the order is shipped to. The general amount for duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline. We recommend contacting your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Alohaz is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages if custom fees are not paid.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Alohaz, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, you will not be refunded.


I Received An Alohaz Gift Card. How Do I Use it?

  1. Under the Payment section during checkout, click the “Use A Gift Card” button.
  2. Enter your gift card number.
  3. Click “Apply Gift Card”.
  4. The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total.
