RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Most orders on Alohaz come with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee*.
To return an item for a refund, send the item back to us in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee**. No refunds will be given toward any return received after the 30 days policy.
To exchange an item, send the item back to us in original condition with all tags attached along with instructions on what you would like within 30 days. Enclose flat shipping & handling fee of $6 with your return. The new item will be shipped to you after the return is received. Remember to include the invoice to avoid delays in processing your return.
Need it sooner? Place a new order for the items you need, then return the initial items that didn't work out within 30 days. Don't forget to indicate the returns are being replaced with a new order. Your restocking fee will be waived if a notation is made.

Alohaz recommends USPS insured mail and delivery confirmation for proper delivery. Alohaz is not responsible for lost return parcels.
We cannot accept returns via FedEx, UPS or any carrier aside from the US Postal Service.
* The following are all sales final - no exchange, no return:
Close-Out items, Custom, Discounted or Wholesale orders. Pretty Ribbon Sandals & Barrettes, Hawaiian Fabric Squares and any Hawaiian Wedding dress that specifies this.
