RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Most orders on Alohaz come with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee*.
For a refund, send item back in original condition with tags attached within 30 days for a refund, less shipping & handling plus a 15% restocking fee**. No refunds will be given toward any return received after the 30 days policy.
To exchange an item, send the item back in original condition with tags attached within 30 days. Enclose instructions on what you would like plus shipping & handling fee of $8. Please include invoice to avoid delays in processing your request.
Need it sooner? Place a new order for the items you need, then return the initial items that didn't work out within 30 days. Your restocking fee will be waived if the return parcel is noted as being replaced with an exchange order.

Alohaz recommends USPS insured mail and delivery confirmation for proper delivery. Alohaz is not responsible for lost return parcels.
