Hawaiian Shortribs

6 lbs beef shortribs
1/2 cup flour
2 cups sliced onions

1 cup ketchup
3 T vinegar
2 T soy sauce
2 T Worchester sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water


Instructions:

  1. Cut shortribs into 2 inch lengths.
  2. Roll shortribs in flour.
  3. Arrange flat in a roaster, pan or large casserole.
  4. Cover with sliced onions.
  5. Mix ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, Worchester sauce, sugar, and water together.
  6. Pour over ribs - thoroughly covering all surfaces of ribs.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  8. Enjoy!
