Hawaiian Chicken

1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 T oil
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups pineapple chunks with syrup

 2 cups cooked chicken
2 T soy sauce
3 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts


Instructions:

  1. Saute peppers and garlic in oil until pepper is soft.
  2. Separate syrup from pineapple chunks.
  3. Blend in chicken soup and pineapple syrup.
  4. Gently blend in chicken, pineapple and soy sauce.
  5. Heat thoroughly.
  6. Serve over rice.
  7. Garnish with macadamia nuts.
  8. Enjoy!
