Instructions:

1. Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.
2. Stir in 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
3. Blend to form smooth paste.
4. Heat remaining coconut milk and add cornstarch mixture.
5. Cook on medium-low heat, stirring frequently for at least 20 minutes or until real thick.
6. When consistency of mixture is thick and hard to stir, pour into square pan.
7. Cool, then refrigerate.
8. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares when solid.
9. Enjoy!

Yield: 16 - 20 servings.
