Aloha Fruity Punch

3/4 cup water
2 t chopped ginger root
2 cups guava juice 		1 1/2 T lemon juice
1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
3/4 cup sugar


Instructions:

  1. Add 1/4 cup water to ginger root.
  2. Boil 3 minutes in pot, then strain. Set aside.
  3. Combine guava, lemon and pineapple juices.
  4. Add strained liquid from ginger root to # 3.
  5. Make a syrup of sugar & remaining water.
  6. Combine with juices & chopped pineapple.
  7. Chill thoroughly. Enjoy!

Serves 8.
