RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Most orders on Alohaz come with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee*.
To return an item for a refund, send the item back to us in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee**.
To exchange an item, send the item back to us in original condition with all tags attached along with instructions on what you would like, and the new item will be shipped to you after the return is received. Remember to include the invoice to avoid delays in processing your return.

Alohaz recommends US insured mail and delivery confirmation for proper delivery. Alohaz is not responsible for lost return parcels.
