RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Most orders on Alohaz come with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee*.
To return an item for a refund, send item back in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling plus a 15% restocking fee**.
To exchange an item, send the item in original condition with all tags attached along with instructions on what you would like. The new item will ship after the return is received. Remember to include the invoice to avoid delays in processing your return.

Alohaz recommends USPS insured mail and delivery confirmation for proper delivery. Alohaz is not responsible for lost return parcels.
* The following are all sales final:
